Logitech MX Master 3S for Mac

According to the data sheet, this variant should be specially optimised for the Apple ecosystem. At https://www.logitech.com/de-de/products/mice/mx-master-3s-mac-bluetooth-mouse.910-006571.html (Reinvented for Mac) you will find a short description where Mac-optimised colours are also mentioned. Unfortunately, I have not tested the Mac variant to be able to say whether the colour tone might be a little different, as for example with the predecessor: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5NFBqyd8IIk. However, if I compare the technical characteristics (DPI, battery capacity, dimensions, weight, buttons, etc.), everything should be identical. The main difference I noticed is that the Mac version should come with a USB-C charging cable and not with USB-A to USB-C like the other one. Also, the Mac version is designed for Bluetooth connections with MacOS devices and comes without the USB receiver (Logitech MX Master 3S (Wireless, Wired) should come with the Bolt receiver).
There is no USB receiver, the mouse is Bluetooth and can be connected to 3 different devices. If necessary, download the Logitech application to pair the mouse.
As far as I know, many gestures on the trackpad can be mapped to the mouse by placing the function on the mouse buttons. However, not all gestures can be mapped. On the other hand, there are functions via the buttons that are not available as gestures. Really ingenious are the functions that change depending on the software. There are buttons that have different functions in Photoshop than in Indesign or Illustrator. There are plugins and you can bend them to suit your needs. For me, the MX Master is much better than the gestures. But that's not a general statement that applies to everyone.
Hello Haegidei Yes, it also works in Windows.
We were able to purchase a batch of the black version at a lower price and have therefore reduced the price. In the meantime, both prices are the same again.
