Sorry, don't use horizontal scrolling. But vertical scrolling is very precise and the scroll wheel is noiseless. The 3 different channels for PC/notebooks via Bluetooth are also very helpful.

They are basically identical. However, item 35927101 is advertised as a business version and comes with a USB dongle, which is not available with item 35791643
