The keyboard I received was defective. I would have expected a replacement, instead I am now supposed to pay a reduced amount for something I can't use. Are you serious?

Is it really bluetooth keyboard or it absolutely needs a small usb-receiver?

As written in logitech web site: "No setup or hassle. MK220 works as soon as you plug the receiver into a USB port. A strong, reliable wireless connection means you can forget about dropouts, with a 10 m range."

Good day. What is the difference between this product and Logitech MK220 (US, Wireless)? The latter one is also available at digitec.ch. Thanks.

Not exactly sure to what you are referring to. This item is available on Digitec.ch and Galaxus.ch. Usually you can just change the URL manually and see if the same product is listed on both sites.
