The "for iPad" version doesn't seem to have an Esc key (although some pictures show it). Does anyone have a solution if you need this button? I can map CapsLock to Esc via the settings, but I would like to have Esc at the top left, like I have it in "Muscle Memory". There seems to be a Logitech Options+ app for iPad OS, but I can't really configure anything for this keyboard.

The key at the top left of the keyboard is the Home key. As far as I know, an iPad does not need an Esc key. At least I have never missed the Esc key on the iPad. Yes, there are workarounds. You can ask the AI.

DE presumably, but this has not yet been confirmed. US layout will probably not be possible at all. However, it may be offered by a third-party retailer, over which we have no control.
