With the Pro X you also get a kind of adapter that allows you to better adjust/optimise your headset in the Logitech G Hub.
According to my research, the G Pro does not have simulated surround sound and relies on the audio processing of your connected device. The G Pro X Logitech G Pro X has 7.1 channel surround sound.
I also had the same problem. The drivers should all be up to date, or you can check in the system settings if there is an error message. That helped me.
Like the Pro X, this one also has a USB sound card
It is wired
Yes, I do it myself sometimes when I play on the ps and not on the pc.
Both models can presumably be used on a PS4. The Pro X headset is equipped with Blue Voice and DTS X 2.0, which is not the case with the Pro. The delivery content is also different: Pro X: Gaming headset, Leatherette ear cups with memory foam, Fabric ear cups with memory foam, External USB sound card, Detachable microphone, 2m cable with integrated volume and mute controls, Mobile phone cable with button Y-splitter for separate microphone and headphone ports, Carrying pouch Pro: Gaming headset, Leatherette ear cups with memory foam, External USB sound card, Detachable microphone, 2m cable with integrated volume and mute controls, Y-splitter for separate headset and microphone ports, User documentation
The headphones have a jack adapter with two connections for microphone and audio on the one hand, and a USB adapter for both functions on the other.
The microphone is plugged into the headset with a simple jack plug. You can ask the manufacturer if there are any spare parts. In any case, a top headset! ;)
