I had the keyboard connected to my Macbook for a few hours, but then exchanged it for a Corsair K70 (because it has MX-Blue). Technically, it worked perfectly. The individual keys are simply written incorrectly (because Windows), which is also the case with the K70. But there are programmes that you can use to configure this. In the meantime, I have got into the habit of simply not looking at the keyboard and have stuck to the Mac layout. It works perfectly after two days.
