In fact, your assumption is correct. The mice are technically the same, but for different countries of destination and the "black" version is made for the DACH region.

Is this mouse intended to be dismantled so that it can be cleaned, dusted and maintained? If not, are there any in your mouse list? PS. Hello, I can only tell you that you can loosen one screw relatively easily. This is by the cable. But after that the mouse cannot be opened. I suspect that there are other screws under the white slider. But these are not intended to be removed. I would therefore say that it is not intended to open this mouse and clean it internally. Unfortunately, I cannot answer your other questions.
