The headset lets your voice through quite well. There is a little damping, but it is not completely without it.
I practically always wear glasses with the A10. My glasses are made of relatively thick plastic (approx. 2.5mm) and they are quite comfortable to wear with the headset. After about 2 hours, however, it slowly starts to feel a little pressure in the places where the glasses are clamped under the ear. But it is absolutely bearable.
It cannot be used wirelessly. The connector is a jack, I'm not familiar with a Nintendo Switch but there may be a jack connector.

Hi Janiga2004 The scope of delivery includes the headset itself, a good 2 metre long 3.5mm aux cable and a splitter for the microphone and headset if you want to play on the PC.
