I bought this webcam specifically for ebanking. Just plug it in and open the ebanking app. Set "Payments" to "QR Code" and off you go. No problems and payment information was quickly recognised.

In Windows you can define which microphone you want to use as input :-) So it should work :D
I use the camera with the Logitech G Hub software and everything works without problems. If I were you, I would uninstall your current software and test the software mentioned above.

In the office I use the C900, which also fits wonderfully on the Curved Monitor. The C900 and the C920 are very similar and, in my opinion, have the same design.
Yes, you can. I would say that the camera can be aligned upwards/downwards by about 30°.

According to the description, this is simply a camera equipped with a microphone. So you would have to have an output device for audio. This can be a loudspeaker or headphones. Many screens have (unfortunately rather poor) speakers built in and you could (if necessary) also use these.
