Now and then I have brief problems with wireless transmission: The keyboard and mouse jerk annoyingly, but I haven't yet found out why/when. The next day it's fine again for weeks. The next day it works fine again for weeks. Other connections and new pairing made. Can't imagine that a Corei7 with Win10 couldn't handle the little bit of wireless signal. What def. causes problems (for me) is to operate 2 Unifying receivers on 2 PCs independently-parallel. Maybe someone has experience with jerking?

USB 3 connections can interfere with Unifying plugs. Solution: Insert the Unifying plug in the USB 2.0 port if available, or distance the plug with a USB 2.0 extension cable. Another possibility is to insert a USB 2.0 memory stick in the adjacent USB port.

The scroll wheel no longer transmits the up-down movements cleanly. Can I - and if so how can I - open the mouse and clean it? or is this a case for the warranty? (12.5 months old)

If you are sure that the wireless connection is stable, I would make a warranty claim (you have 24 months warranty). Logitech products are often very durable and a warranty claim should not be a problem. I'm not sure, but I can imagine that you will lose the warranty when you open it. https://www.digitec.ch/de...
