How can I know the pin, it appeared when I first connect but did not wrote down, now I have problem to link the keyboard, how to solve this?

You need to decide yourself a pin and type it on the laptop which the keyboard is connected to.

Does the keyboard go into standby / sleep mode when not in use? If so, how quickly is it "awake" again? My current one takes 5sec!!!

One click on the keyboard is enough and the keyboard is ready for use if the PC/laptop comes out of sleep mode. I myself was very satisfied with this keyboard and would recommend it to others.

Misleading picture display! Only the 1st picture corresponds to item no. ID0111. The other pictures correspond to art. no. ID0110 with extended numeric keypad.
