An HDMI 2.1 and a DisplayPort cable are included, just a little short in my opinion (80-100cm something like that)
If you decide to buy the monitor, you will need an adapter for Swiss sockets, which was not included.

No, the monitor does not have integrated speakers. However, the model has a 4-pin headphone output to which external speakers or a headset with microphone can be connected.
