There is a dial on the side to adjust the focus. Does the sagging go away when you turn it?

Has something been placed or adjusted incorrectly on the Philips Screeneo? As far as I know, the focus and keystone can be adjusted. However, ultra-short distance projectors are also more difficult to adjust, as a small change can result in big changes...
