Hi, I bought the ph450 ug. everything is fine, but the top edge of the picture, i.e. the horizontal line, is sagging like a clothesline! there is a good 25 mm of error in a 1600 mm wide picture.
everything is perfectly aligned. is it the beamer?

There is a dial on the side to adjust the focus. Does the sagging go away when you turn it?
