There was probably an error in setting up the promotion but seeing now that the item is out of stock, it is possible that no promotion was made to avoid problems of order cancellation later.
Yes, without any problems. The remote control even has its own Netflix button.
Does this TV really have 4 HDMI 2.1 inputs? The manufacturer's website doesn't seem to mention this.

It would appear that these are indeed 2.0 ports.
You can use headphones and integrated speakers at the same time. By default, the integrated speakers are switched off as soon as headphones are plugged in. However, this can be changed in the settings. The headphone volume can also be controlled separately.
