You're right, the Snapdragon X Elite 1st Gen and other ARM processors offer great performance and save power, but the compatibility with software and drivers is not yet as comprehensive as with Intel or AMD processors. If you have special requirements, such as specific drivers for software, a system with an x86/x64 processor would be safer. These platforms have broader support for different applications and devices. However, Microsoft and other software manufacturers are constantly working to improve ARM Windows. For users who value mobility and long battery life, an ARM device can still be attractive.
However, it would not necessarily make sense to warn against ARM-based systems in principle. The target group for this device could already benefit from native support for Office 365 as well as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, with other Adobe products in the works. I will gladly have your tip checked internally. Thank you for your comment.
