We source the different models from different suppliers and can therefore currently offer the M15 at a slightly lower price.
Can neither confirm nor deny, as I connect my ThinkVison to other laptops (X1, T420, Yoga xyz) and only have minor problems - sometimes I have to reboot for the screen to be recognised correctly.

I have the M14 variant of the monitor and could connect it well to mirror the content. Samsung has a programme called "Dex" which displays the smartphone content even differently. Simply deactivate this app for a 1:1 mirroring for e.g. Youtube or Netflix, then it works.
No, it does not need an external power supply. Power is drawn from the notebook via USB-C, so only one cable for power and image ;-)
