Good evening Mr Jürgenson, I've only had the notebook for a few days, but I've never been able to hear the fan when it's switched off. When the fan revs up, it is a bit louder than on other notebooks, but I don't find it annoying because it doesn't run at high speed all the time. There is another setting in the bios called "System Performance Mode" where the fan mode and performance can be set. The default is "Intelligent Cooling", which I think is optimal. I haven't tested it with a pen, but the touch screen is top. Price performance very good 👍🏼.
