Unfortunately we do not sell this product anymore, so I can't warranty you we still can have the power supply. But for this you may contact us by email with the serial number of your laptop. Like this we can better help you. :) https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/en-us/requests/new Please do not write it here for some security reasons.
I don't have any personal experience with the IdeaPad or the docking station in your link, but the two devices should fit. Another docking station I can recommend is this one: Anker PowerExpand (2 x HDMI, 85 W, USB A, USB C)
Actually, such questions should be answered by digitec experts. But only warehouse workers are employed.
According to our information, the item should still be available for order. If it is still not available, please contact our customer service. digitec@digitec.ch
No, there is no pen included. I personally bought the Lenovo Active Pen 2 (item 10596894). This could be used right from the start without any problems. But I'm sure other pens will also work.
4 GB are soldered, 4 via SoDIMM. 8GB stick works (i.e. 12GB total) and 16 GB should also work according to Lenovo website: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/de/de/products/laptops-and-netbooks/ideapad-c-series-laptops/c340-14iml/81tk/parts/display/compatible But you have to unscrew the case, no maintenance hatch. I read something about a 16 GB limit, but it will probably be the predecessor model.
According to our information, no anti-gloss film is supplied.
No, unfortunately that is not possible here
Grüezi Yes, it is a bit hard to insert the USB; it needs a bit of pressure. But it holds like a bomb! It gets a little easier with time. I find it normal. It also works perfectly.
Yes, it can be folded all the way back and used as a tablet. There are no problems with the keyboard
The screen cannot actually be set to be very bright. The maximum brightness is not satisfactory outdoors in the garden. But it's certainly enough for indoors. Otherwise, this is a very user-friendly laptop.
Probably not no... It does not have a dedicated graphics card
No, the laptop cannot be charged with it.
No.
Thanks for the tip. i5 is correct, I have reported the error internally in the system.
No. I bought the "Lenovo Active Pen 2", it works. Unfortunately, there is no other information from Lenovo about which pens are compatible for this device.
There should actually be one...
