No I don't think there is a solution. Sadly a this price range the fans are pretty low quality as you could easily spend more than the price of the whole case just for good fans.
You should either use your two year warranty rights and get replacement or buy good quality fans.
You can try the Corsair RS120. Never used them but not too expensive and should be okay.
And if you want THE best silent non rgb but pricey : Noctua NF-A12x25 G2 PWM Sx2-PP

Unfortunately the case is not very spacious and you only should think of putting an AIO in the front side of the. Most AIOs don't fit there. It's not the right case to use AIOs.
Better choose another case.
