Question about LC-Power Gaming 703B Quad-Luxx
Hello, i have a PC with this case that i bought a little over a year ago. All of the RGB Fans have spots that are burned out and do not litght up in some colors, for example; all of the fans work on orange, but on red, there are white parts that do not light up on every fan. Is there a fix for this?

No I don't think there is a solution. Sadly a this price range the fans are pretty low quality as you could easily spend more than the price of the whole case just for good fans.
You should either use your two year warranty rights and get replacement or buy good quality fans.
You can try the Corsair RS120. Never used them but not too expensive and should be okay.
And if you want THE best silent non rgb but pricey : Noctua NF-A12x25 G2 PWM Sx2-PP

These problems do not exist with the fans I bought.
