Good day Why doesn't this thing work for me? No hard disk, whether SSD or normal HDD, is recognised. Only the device manager shows "VirtualDisk SCSI Disk Device" and the partition manager tells me to initialise it, which then fails. I hope someone can help me, because this is anything but "Plug & Play".

Hello, I think this is a defect, best to send it in under warranty.
