According to the manufacturer, different RAID modes are possible. Will the 20 TB be achieved with RAID 5 in this model? What kind of hard disks are installed?

With a RAID 5, only 80% of the total capacity is available. Therefore, 20TB cannot be achieved with RAID 5. One hard disk is used for security. But if a hard disk fails, it can simply be replaced.
