Questions about knog. Plus

Exciting, dear Galaxus team, it is currently cheaper to buy a Fron and a Rear Knog Plus than the set, even more than twice as cheap.... 🧐 Another question, could you please include the brackets in the range too? These are also available separately or additionally from Knog.

Does the bracket hold the light on a bumpy track? I would like to mount the rear light on my gravel bike. I often ride on gravel tracks, which can generate strong vibrations. As I can see from the pictures, it's just a plug-in connection between the light and the bracket. Will it hold? Has anyone used it like this and can say that the light is still firmly attached even after being taken off x times and riding x kilometres of gravel road? Merci

Where is the opening to load it?

Gruëzi zama, my light has stopped working and when I try to charge it via a standard USB port, the red LED flashes rapidly and continuously (whereas previously it flashed intermittently and then lit up continuously once charging was complete). I have not found any information about this in the Knog manual. Are there any other users who have experienced this? Does this mean that my lamp is faulty?

How can I load the lights

Unfortunately, the light no longer works properly as soon as it gets wet. I couldn't switch it on or off. If I carry it in a bag when it's dry, it often switches itself on. I've now had two of them. I will buy another one.
