Flashing mode is more economical. We use the Blinder to light up our dog stroller and we only need the light from time to time. We only charge every 2-3 months and once through when the first light is no longer so bright, which is always the case at the front.
According to Kong website:
Blinder Lights comes with a tool-free removable silicone strap for handlebars and seat posts vo n 22 - 32mm in diameter. A large strap is also supplied to fit tubes and head tube
tubes and head tube profiles with a circumference of up to 200mm.
