Normally you should set the warmer zone at the top and the colder zone at the bottom. (Because cold falls and warmth rises).
Try your settings the other way round and you will see that the zones then work perfectly.
I can't answer that, but I am very happy with the product, the,possibility of selecting two temperatures one for white wine and one for red wine is an undeniable advantage.
Yes, you can pull them out, but they run a bit awkwardly in places.
In general, I don't recommend the product at all. It gave up the ghost just after the warranty period and no longer works.
The manufacturer was not at all accommodating and did not want to know about a replacement.
Yes, a lock is available at the bottom of the door. But, the locking mechanism (if you can even call it that) is the most banal thing ever! In fact, you don't even need a key to unlock it, you just have to use your finger and you're good to go...

No, not lockable. Control already defective after 6 months. Cooled down to 3 degrees, although set to 16 degrees. For warranty service, 99 Fr. must be paid for transport!
