The Keychron Q1 is an open-source keyboard meaning that you can modify it by your likings, with the provided tools that you can find in the box. And yes, the keyboard is hot swappable.
I can't answer that, my son uses them on his computer. We don't have an XBox.
You just have to buy a keyset, it has some qwertz for the q1 keyboard.
