Hello lhp,
The JVC KD-X441DBT comes with a standard ISO connector. Your Clio should also have the same connector already installed, so you can simply replace it with the JVC car radio. If you want to use the steering wheel remote control as well, you need the article "SRNJ003", which can be purchased at multiplanet:
