Questions about Joby GripTight PRO 2 GorillaPod

The difference with the first Gorilla Pod mount is that the Pro 2 has a removable Cold Shoe PRO mount where you can attach lights and microphones.

The mobile phone holder alone cannot be screwed onto another tripod. But the head that includes the phone mount and 2 side 1/4" threads can be mounted on any tripod with a 1/4" screw. (And any other head with 1/4" thread, e.g. GoPro mount, can be screwed onto the Gorilla Pod).
