I would say NO -> Either connected to the laptop or the smartphone, but both at the same time does not work with this model.

I think you didn't want to post your comment or review here in the question section and otherwise I don't understand your question. I also have these headphones and am completely satisfied with them. I used them with a Samsung S20+ and have no lag and the sound quality is also good. Do you use the JBL app to pair?
As far as I know, you can't buy individual headphones from Galaxus. I would check the JBL website to see if they sell individual accessories.

The battery life is 8+24h. 8h in the headphones and 24h in the case. So you have to charge every 8 hours at the latest. Unfortunately, I can't answer the size question. The headphones have IPX4. You can use these headphones in the rain, but you must not submerge them. So if you keep your head above water when swimming, it's no problem. But if they fall into the water, they will be defective. Hi, Unfortunately, the music does not turn itself off when you take it out of your ear. But they are very good, you can hear very well and the batteries last a long time.
