I don't know, because I don't own such a TV set. What I can say is that I have never had trouble connecting the headphones to any Bluetooth-enabled device.
Have you ever tried a normal USB-C cable?

According to the manufacturer, headphones can only be connected to the Tigerbox via a 3.5 mm jack: https://helpcenter.tiger.media/hc...

You can connect any Bluetooth headset in parallel if your Samsung TV supports it. Have a look in the TV settings...

Unfortunately not.
Of course, the PC simply has to have a Bluetooth interface. However, as a headset, it seems to make creaking noises to the person I'm talking to.
