I regularly connect it to my laptop (Windows). Works great. But as far as I know, there is no app for Windows. This means you have to make certain settings on your mobile beforehand (configuration of the EQ, function when touching, etc.).
I guess not.... For me it's the other way round, I have the case but no longer the headphones.

I only use them in the office. I can't say what the situation is like with sports. In the office and for normal walks they sit firmly in the ear and are very comfortable.
