Yes, the charging clip is the same as on the Jaybird X3.

Is it possible to test this product in the showroom? Otherwise it's impossible to know if it fits the individual ear. In-ear headphones fall out extremely easily for me, this headband is only "half", so it doesn't go beyond the ear - I'd have to try it. Can you do that in the shop in Bern?

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, it is not possible for us to test In-ear headphones in advance or to return them opened. Please excuse the inconvenience :(

Is it possible to get Comply Ultra Tips from Digitec? You have Comply Tips for various other headphones, but I haven't found any for Jaybird X3/X4. Specifically, this model: https://www.complyfoam.com/products/cu-jaybird-ultra
