hey there. I only use the part stationary. However, I can imagine that the shell already offers good protection (except against dirt). So I wouldn't mind carrying this in my laptop bag.

In my opinion, the Talk 55 is ideal for this. For example, I couple it with my mobile phone and laptop so that I can hold team meetings and make calls with the Jabra. Only team meetings lasting more than 2 hours can be difficult if the battery is not fully charged. Have fun with the device.

It is difficult to give a general answer to this question, but as a rule a helmet does not shield the Bluetooth connection. For more precise information, you might have to ask the helmet manufacturer directly.
