Cables are not rolled up, they are connected with a magnet at the front! When a call comes in, it vibrates in the neck, and if you take the headphones off, the call is picked up!
I use the headphones every day in my home office! I can recommend them!

The Jabra Evolve 65e MS Duo (6599-623-109) is Microsoft Teams compatible, the neckband vibrates during calls (adjustable via Jabra Direct) and a return to Digitec is possible within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging. https://www.digitec.ch/de...
The Jabra Evolve 65e MS Duo (6599-623-109) is Microsoft Teams compatible and certified for Teams, but does not have a vibration function for calls. A return to digitec.ch is possible within 30 days, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Processing costs will be charged for opened products. The main difference between the two models lies in the certification and the preconfigured settings for various communication platforms.
- Certification: One model is optimised for Microsoft Teams (MS), the other for Unified Communications (UC) such as Skype for Business, Zoom or other UC platforms.
- Settings: The MS variant is specifically tuned for Microsoft Teams, while the UC variant is configured for a wider range of communications applications.
- Functionality: Both models offer plug-and-play functionality and can be used wirelessly with a USB-A connection. The basic functions such as volume control and stereo sound are identical.
- Compatibility: Both headsets work with most common communication applications, but the MS version offers special features for Microsoft Teams.
The differences therefore mainly concern the software integration and not the hardware.
I also had to search for a long time, but came across this thread where people report similar problems: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5... Apparently there is no solution for this yet and the cause is also not clear. Maybe one of these solutions will help:
- Switch off Bluetooth on the mobile phone
- Deactivate Teams notifications on the mobile phone
- Update Teams
As far as I can tell, the problems often originate with Microsoft and not with Jabra. I hope your problem can be solved this way.
