Yes, it works. The only problem is that when you are in a meeting on your PC and the mobile phone rings, you hear the ringing and the meeting stops until the mobile phone has stopped ringing.

MS are Microsoft certified, UC Unify. We use both and both work the same or there is no noticeable difference.
You can work with the USB cable or use a charging station - I prefer the charging station. It makes me more independent.

Yes, this can go on any laptop (at least one that has USB) and it charges with a USB cable that comes with it.
Yes, it is recognised as a headset in Windows and then you can select it as an audio input and output device in the corresponding Videocall/VoIP programmes.
We use the Jabra via Bluetooth on the Dect phone, ditto on the PC for Teams and Zoom. Webex and Skype will probably also work.
