The "DUO" is equipped with a USB-C plug and the stereo version has a USB-A plug. With stereo, the headsets have speakers on the left and right. So if you also want to use the headset for music, I would recommend a stereo. It is also a question of which variant is more comfortable for you. "MS" and "UC" differ in certification. MS stands for Microsoft certification and is therefore optimised for Office/Teams and Skype products. The question here is with which software you will use the headset.

These headphones are wired (mini-jack and USB interface) and are primarily suitable as a telephone headset on the PC. For iPhone, I recommend either in-ear or closed earphones with Bluetooth or headphones that you connect to the lightening port using an adapter.

According to our supplier unfortunately they do not have the correct adapter. In our range we have an adapter from 3.5 mm to 2.5 mm that should work, but we cannot guarantee it will work with that headset as we have not tested it. InLine 2.5mm – 3.5mm (3m, Entry, 2.5mm)

The difference between home and work is that at work you may have a computer specialist who has done the setup work for you. And yes, they don't just plug and unplug cables or reboot a computer...
