The headphones have 2 ear cups, which have mono sound. This means that all audio elements are delivered to both ear cups via a single channel.

The product is good, but it does not include an adapter as shown in the picture. This is annoying as I bought it because of the adapter.

The scope of delivery includes an adapter with a jack. If this is missing, it is a reason for complaint.

Good day, what is the reason that the microphone is not recognised by the laptop? Does it need an additional connector? I can select the headset as a "loudspeaker" but not as a microphone.

Dear Digitec Team Does this headset work with an android mobile (need 3.5mm jack. I am also looking for such a model with cable.
