Good morning, Please let me know the difference between the Jabra Elite 7 Pro 100-99172011-60 (CHF168) and the Jabra Elite 7 Pro 100-99172001-60 (CHF153). I've already searched and didn't manage to find the answer. Is it the noise suppression? Regards,

I am looking for replacement silicone earpieces for the Jabra Elite 7 pro black. Are these available from digitec?

Unfortunately, we do not have the original Jabra replacement ear cushions in our range.

Does this Jabra Elite 7 Pro earphone have Multipoint Bluetooth (simultaneous connection with multiple devices, e.g. smartphone and PC)?

Yes, that works without any problems. However, caller quality was generally not good for me.

If we refer to the manufacturer's PDF (page 19: https://www.jabra.com/_/media/Jabra_VXi_Product-Documentation/Jabra-Elite-7-Pro/User-Manuals/RevA/Jabra-Elite7-Pro-User-Manual_EN_English_RevA.pdf), it does seem to be possible to take calls by pressing either earbud.

How is it possible that the reviews of this product on the Digitec website are so negative, while the majority of testers on YouTube give excellent ratings?

The product has been out for a very short time, so there are only 5 reviews about it at the moment which impacts the rating. It is also possible that our customers are more demanding. :)
