Yes, this processor is compatible with the MSI MEG Z890 GODLIKE motherboard. This motherboard uses socket LGA-1851, specially designed for Intel Core Ultra series 2 processors, such as the Core Ultra 9 285K, and fully supports this generation of CPUs with the Z890 chipset.
I was able to do some research and the difference in the boxed and tray version is in the packaging. The boxed version is the retail version and has packaging intended for retail and the tray version has a transport lock and nothing else (without packaging). (LGA) "1851" is the socket of the CPU. It is the same processor in all 3 versions.
We thank you for your comment and will notify the department responsible. In the meantime, please feel free to add the item to a wish list so that we can automatically notify you by e-mail in the event of a price reduction.

The motherboard for this LGA are slowly getting added, this is a upcoming release, so the assortment will be more diversified in the future.
For your other questions, the Silent Loop 2 360mm is compatible with the LGA 1851 if you already have the LGA 1700 bracket, this information comes from the compatibility tool on the BeQuiet website.
At the time of writing, there's not enough information to say whether a contact frame is really necessary on these new CPUs. More information will be available as soon as they are officially released.
