When will the Gigabyte motherboards for the LGA 1851 socket be available? These are the only ones that make sense with an RTX 4090, as the PCIE slots are at the bottom. Otherwise you lose 2-3 slots with all others due to the immense size of the card. Another question is whether a contact frame is a must and whether there is a conversion kit for the CPU cooler "be quiet! Silent Loop 2, 360mm"? If not, I will buy elsewhere where the motherboards are already available.
The motherboard for this LGA are slowly getting added, this is a upcoming release, so the assortment will be more diversified in the future.
For your other questions, the Silent Loop 2 360mm is compatible with the LGA 1851 if you already have the LGA 1700 bracket, this information comes from the compatibility tool on the BeQuiet website.
At the time of writing, there's not enough information to say whether a contact frame is really necessary on these new CPUs. More information will be available as soon as they are officially released.
