I don't know (I don't need it). But there is a Time Lap function that can do that. 30sec should be adjustable. I'm sure it's in the manual (download).

No idea ;-) I'm not really interested either. What doesn't come from China these days. But the support from Insta360 is excellent. You can ask them about it. PS. You can do everything without an app. Editing videos on your mobile and adding sound, no, others can do that... LG
