Hello At the pivot point in the middle of the arm there is an Allen screw (6mm) which is marked with + and -. With this you can change the preload so that the monitor keeps the desired height.

The monitor support is compatible with a table thickness of 10 to 85 mm, i.e. 1 to 8.5 cm. A 1.6 cm thick table will therefore be perfectly suitable. The 2 cm distance between the table and the wall poses no problem for mounting. This stand can accommodate two screens of up to 32" each, with a maximum weight of 9 kg per screen, which corresponds to your Asus 32" and 27" (under 32") monitors.

I don't know the monitors, but if they are not bigger than 32 inches it shouldn't be a problem. I personally have a 32 inch and a 24 inch monitor on it and it works fine.

Hi Mezzu I have two 32" monitors with approx. 6.89 kg on them. The weight must therefore refer to one monitor arm. This is also what it says in the data sheet.

No, this is not possible, except perhaps for small screens. The maximum height difference between the two supports is 33.5 cm.

There is actually nothing to be said against it. A positive feature of the Asus VG278Q is that the VESA mount is in the centre. Experience shows that large screens with the VESA interface at the top (e.g. Samsung U28E590D) tend to lie a little low.

Hi Kägi.ii One above the other will be a bit difficult (if not impossible), the two arms can't be that high. I have two LG Flatron 34UM95 side by side, I think a 35" and across a 24" should not be a problem.

I have a question about this product. I have already bought and installed this double arm and I am absolutely satisfied with it. However, what interests me is the following : I bought this product for 85.- SFr. I bought it. After my purchase, the price has been increased to 98. (Could be, because the demand has exploded) now I have received an e-mail in which exactly this product is advertised with 35% discount (WOW 35% crass, I would have waited) but when I look closer I see that the regular price is 150. and on this the 34% are granted (who can read, who is definitely at an advantage). Now, what I find interesting is that from the purchase to the e-mail, just 6 working days have passed. How is a price increase of something around 50% possible and then an additional discount of 35%. If you don't feel like you've been had, you've certainly missed out, haven't you? By the way, the first price increase took place about 2 days after my order (SUEZ sewer blockage, maybe?), which is nothing new. Now to my question, after the basic factors have been clarified: Why was the price of this product increased by about 50% within less than a week and at the same time a discount of over 35% was granted? It seems to me that they are trying to pull the wool over the customer's eyes with false discount promotions that simply don't exist; the price has been pushed up to the level of a moon price in order to lure customers with discounts. Does Digitec need this? Thank you for an official statement from Digitec.

Someone else may have missed something, namely that Digitec has always worked with daily prices, so that prices can change daily.
