I don't know the monitors, but if they are not bigger than 32 inches it shouldn't be a problem. I personally have a 32 inch and a 24 inch monitor on it and it works fine.

There is actually nothing to be said against it. A positive feature of the Asus VG278Q is that the VESA mount is in the centre. Experience shows that large screens with the VESA interface at the top (e.g. Samsung U28E590D) tend to lie a little low.

I have two LG Flatron 34UM95 side by side, I think a 35" and across a 24" should not be a problem.
