### On/Off switch The docking station on/off switch is only used to turn the docking station itself on or off, not to turn the laptop on or off. It only controls power to the docking station and not to the connected laptop. ### Compatibility with Windows 11 The i-tec "Triple 4K (USB-C, 12 ports)" docking station is compatible with Windows 11. However, it is recommended that you install the latest DisplayLink drivers to ensure optimal operation. If problems arise, you can follow similar troubleshooting steps as described for DisplayLink products, such as uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers.

Have an HP Elitebook 840 G5. Not the best business notebook! I have 2x 2560x1440 and a 3440x1440 monitor connected to it. This works flawlessly! I just connected everything with a USB-C cable, which also just serves as a power connector. I am very satisfied, but whether it also works with 3x 4K monitors, I don't know!

This is a hybrid docking station. The HDMI connection is connected via USB-C DP old mode. Whereas the 2 DP ports are connected via the integrated USB graphics card. This means that the docking station works both via USB-C/TB and USB-A (an adapter is included). Drivers must be installed for the USB graphics card. Drivers are available for MAC/Windows/Linux. When connecting 3 monitors, the max. Resolution 2x 4K/60Hz + 4K/30Hz. Here the homepage with specs, manual, drivers: https://i-tec.pro/de/produkt/catriple4kdockpd-3/
