It was the same for me. I tried everything possible to turn the microphone up. In the end, you could hear every little thing... That's why I sent it back. But not everyone seems to be like that.
Yes, I use it in many shooters (CS:GO, Valorant, etc.) It has served me well so far.
Unfortunately, it is not offered separately by the manufacturer, sorry.
According to research, this should be possible via the 3.5 mm connection.
Unfortunately not with us, please excuse me. You can still try the manufacturer directly or send in the headset (if purchased from us) as a warranty claim.
Yes, this headset has a button to mute the microphone, it also has buttons to turn the volume up - down.
If you connect the supplied USB sound card to the PS4, you can control the volume & mic volume. Of course you can also mute the mic there.
This may be due to passive / active USB. It's the same for me. https://www.androidauthority.com/state-of-usb-type-c-870996/ This article may help you.
I think the best thing to do is to contact HyperX/Kingston support.
It should, but maybe the microphone won't work. Couldn't test it, but since it has a standard jack for audio, it should work.
According to our information, the drivers required for 7.1 cannot be installed on the console.
You need a jack adapter -> Hama Jack Adapter, 4 pin (0.10m, Entry, Black)

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the spare part, but it is available directly from the manufacturer.
It was the same with our son. It turned out that he had switched the mute switch on the remote control, which is on the cable, without wanting to.
Yes the size is adjustable.
Oops sorry something went very wrong with the text! Actual question: I have a question about compatibility with the Huawei P9. I tried to plug in the headphones, but unfortunately I found that this does not work. Do you know the problem? Any suggestions for a solution?
Our son uses it with Skype (not for Business) but the assumption is that it will work with that too.
Yes, that is so. The control only works under Windows. But if you press the button for surround sound when you start the PS4, at least that works. You have to adjust the volume and mic level in the settings.
https://www.digitec.ch/de/wiki/560 if that doesn't help, ask the customer service ;-)
The volume of the microphone can be adjusted on the remote control on the cable; it can also be adjusted in Windows. I have not yet tested this headset (Christmas present) but I hope that the voice quality will work as expected.
Absolutely, the ear pads are pleasantly soft and adapt to the shape of the head and glasses without pinching. I wear glasses myself and have been using this headset for more than half a year now and would buy it again in a heartbeat.
In theory, yes: I often use the headset at home for conference calls. The cable consists of 2 elements. Without the second element connected, it should work without problems, but then the cable is very short.
I don't wear glasses, but the pads are very soft. So that shouldn't be a problem.
