USB-C is often also called USB 3.1, or the other way round, so it is the same. This looks similar to an Apple Lightning connector but is not the same and is for newer smartphones from Huawei, LG etc..

I use my P9 Plus Dual-SIM with a Swisscom and a Kenyan Safaricom SIM card. So it can be assumed that it also works with a US card. By the way, the activation is done by Digitec. On mine, everything was ready and worked straight away.

Helpful answer

Hello, According to my experience, both the first and the second sim remain at the set level after restarting. I was recently abroad and had to set the Swisscom card (Sim2) to automatic. Previously it was set to manual / Swisscom and the device had switched off on the plane.
