I have the following model: HUAWEI E5785Lh-22c Mobile WiFi V200R001.
This model has two antenna connections. I was able to connect my antenna there without any problems.
I can't say anything about the price difference.
No, it is only a (mobile) WLAN adapter. If you need LAN/RJ45, you probably want something with a fixed location, then you have to use devices such as the TP-Link Archer MRxxx series.
Hello,
I cannot answer this question. I bought the LTE router for my camper van to establish a data connection outside Europe. Which was not possible this year.
I use the router indoors and outdoors. But not in damp conditions and not at low temperatures. It does its job and has a good range. Everything else would have to be tested. There is nothing to be found in the key data in this regard.
I bought the white and a black router here in April. The black one is a cheaper model (6341786); the white one is much better in terms of battery performance and housing and I would order it again immediately; but not the black one. There are sometimes considerable price differences between the same products in different colours; I can highly recommend the white one, but I don't know the black one you mentioned. I hope this helps a little...
An external antenna can improve the reception at least once, but if the reception in the area is really bad, even the antenna will not help. If, in the place where the antenna is to be mounted, a satisfactory result is not achieved with a current smart phone, the antenna will not help either, I would test this if possible.
Some MiFi devices have this function, which seems very useful to me, namely: If there is a known WLAN nearby, the device connects to the WLAN and "repeats" the WLAN to the connected devices. This is also practical in hotels or marinas where you only get a voucher for the WLAN but still want to connect to several devices. The Hawaii E5786 has this function, the E5787 does not. My question now is whether the E5785 offered here has this function?
You can read on the internet that this varies from country to country.
