Hello Is HTC Sense still available? Does HTC have its own "keyboard" again or is it still from TouchPal?

I bought this HTC U23 Pro, inserted new sim card from UPC/Sunrise and don't recognise the calls. Everything comes in as Unknown on the home screen. UPC/Sunrise has checked the sim card, everything is fine. It should be a setting in the device. Can anyone help me why I don't see the clip, why everything is unknown? It would be enough if I could at least see the phone number to call back in case of absence....

Hello How long will the HTC U23 Pro be supplied with Android security updates? I have found absolutely nothing on the net. Neither from the manufacturer nor from various other sites. In principle, the phone would be very interesting; but if updates are already over after 3 years (or less?), then there are other alternatives (possibly less powerful). Samsung is already doing a good job (finally) with 5 years of security updates!
