There are no "official" drivers for Mac from HP directly. However, it should be possible to use this monitor with the current DisplayLink drivers for Mac. -> http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/macos

It is specified that the diagonal of the screen is 35.5 cm. I don't understand how the dimensions of the device could be 737 x 70 x 435 mm. So what is the real size?

Indeed, this is a mistake! According to the official HP website, here are the dimensions of the product: Product dimensions without stand (W x D x H) 34.58 x 1.35 x 21.71 cm (without cover); 34.58 x 1.6 x 22.11 cm (with cover)
