Both are 61 cm diagonal. The difference lies in the pivot function. With the more expensive HP, the screen can be rotated by 90 degrees. The picture is then in portrait format.
No, the speaker (HP LCD Speaker Bar) definitely does not fit the HP Elite E243i. The mounting is completely different. On the E243i, a rubber lip must be removed from underneath the screen frame. Only then can the speaker bar be hooked in and anchored using the 2 hooks.

Yes, that is correct. For the specific area of application: "Office/Business", it is a top device that I can definitely recommend. The workmanship is also very high quality. If graphic work is to be done with it, I would rather recommend a different monitor.
